tBh I worked up to 250-300 NOL a week benching everyday back in spring, just to see what I could do. Avg intensity around 70%. Bench felt like a 2nd nature. Had to stop due to old ac joint injury acting up. It def could not have used more volume.

my wide grip bench feels like absolute shit and is 30lbs weaker than my 'close grip'. your best bench setup is whatever lets you get more weight in the end, so no worries lad, just keep close gripping

high bar HIHF squats, deadlifts for max doubles or triples once a week, and tons of upper back work. you won't make the best deadlift gains of your life, but it should be above maintenance

I have no fucking clue how to deload. I normally just go in and do less work on the main lifts (think ~1/2 INOL instead of ~1 INOL), and that seems to go okay.
Last week, I just didn't go in at all, because the gym was closed. It seems to have done a lot for me (more than my previous method), but I don't know if it was optimal.

So sheiko #30 while cutting is good? I really don't want to lose my gains but having to buy new clothes because old ones don't fit is sad
