Good upper and lower chest development. Delts and forearms look good. No fucking traps, legs, or abs. Too fat. Bulk 12 lbs more slowly then start cutting.

How much you weight right now? I don't think you need too much bulking, looking good senpai.

I can usually get it done within an hour. B days are the longest for me because I rest more between sets. BJJ classes are between 1.5 - 2 hours. I wouldn't call it an intermediate workout I mean, it's pretty straight forward anyone can do it. If you're an absolute beginner it's best to have a spotter though.

Im kind of concerned about switching my workout plan, because I've been seeing consistent gains with it, but I might give yours a go seeing to how you're doing pretty good for yourself and people say mine is just a beginner routine
