If you are still in linear gains, and want to be lifting six times a week, then go do Reddit's PPL, focusing on small incremental linear gains just like you were doing before.

I was looking at some videos online about deadlift form, and one said a potential problem could be weak hamstrings since i round once i pull. Does this sound likely if i dont round on a normal deadlift, would it be smart to just lower the weight and work up once i am used to the movement?
Never had this problem before, and dont want to injure myself longterm.
Felt like i didnt have any strength at that point, not sure if i am just setting up wrong but might drop down to 220kg max on the spreadsheet.
I also read that Sheiko 29 is a waste of time and to start on 30.

37 is a good place to start, or just do the intermediate over 80kg program (reduced volume 37-31-32)

I guess adding more volume and eating enough will help, but with 6' 210 lbs I doubt not eating enough is an issue.

Even on lower weights something always feels "wrong".
Yeah one of my friends I used to lift with back in Ohio started as a turbo skelly and could only bench 50x5 and squat 65x5 at first. But after 9 months his stats were around 240/175/300 or so with putting on 25 lbs.
But if you really only squat 210 at 210 lbs after 9 months you're probably not trying hard enough.

Any tips for the back issue? Would it fine for me to just lower the weight on DL, i know it is recommended to start on your 1rm but i am not used to these new movement and has resulted in back pain. A couple of weeks a go i pulled 250kg for 1 and 220kg for 5, but i am really struggling with the DL from boxes and had the sloppiest reps at 210kg for 3
