Get a gym membership preferably tomorrow, you'll be able to access equipment perfect for bb-ing routines like PPL or arnold split, or anything really with 2x/week muscle group frequency.
Pushups and dips and pullups/chinups are ok, but they're easy to stagnate on and don't offer the same potential musculature gains you could have with free weights. get a gym membership bro

Same happens to me, fuck dips. I'm not looking to fuck my shit up. Just don't do them, they're not necessary by any means. If you're looking for a better chest building exercise than flat bench just do dumbbell bench.
