Yeah, scientifically I believe you, but I think it is overplayed by a lot of uncuts and cuts. I think a lot of cuts blame their disfunction or lack of sensitivity on the fact that they're cut when it is another underlying issue.

In reality however, given 2 healthy males that don't overdose on porn or unhealthy fap habits, I think the difference in sensation isn't really significant. I say this because back when I was a teen I deathgripped to porn several times a day and I thought all those orgasms felt amazing, but when I stopped my mind was blown by how good sex and masturbating felt. However, after like a couple weeks it adjusted and I wasn't nutting in 3 minutes again.
