Literally the only logical way of doing things

what do you do the following monday? checkmate.

ayy lmao

mine is
Monday: Workout
Tuesday: Workout
Wednesday: Workout
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Workout
Saturday: Workout
Sunday: Workout
Monday: Rest

Workout.

Its not like you can't have 2 days of consecutive working out.

But its better to have 1 2-days period without rest than killing yourself 5 times a week without rests.

>working out on Sunday

Heretic

>No work no school no anything
>not one of the best days to workout

>lifting on a sunday then right into monday too

Fuck that. Lift on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Rest on Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.

you do realize after a few months of training doms pretty much disappears and you should be having 2-3 days between each body part? seriously i get overtraining 7 days a week but not 5

>Not working out every body part twice in a week

Never gonna make it

Monday-workout
Tuesdsy-workout
Wednesday-workout
Thursdays work out
Friday-workout
-Saturday-workout
Sunday-rest and eat a double cheeseburger that's ivebbeen craving all week while I was eating clean

Thats the way a real nigga does it.

I do a push/pull including the big leg exercises, so i am working every body part out twice a week.

Not everyone has 3 workouts. What do you do, work out 6 days a week?

going to make it brah

This is how its done lads

>Monday workout
>Tuesday workout
>Wednesday rest
>Thursday workout
>Friday get drunk
>Saturday hangover/get less drunk
>Sunday workout

>Monday:Workout - Lifting
>Tuesday:Workout - Cardio
>Wednesday:Workout - Lifting
>Thursday:Workout - Cardio
>Friday: Workout - Lifting
>Saturday:Workout - Cardio
>Sunday:Rest

This is how I do it right now, in a few months I'll switch to lifting 4x a week (upper/lower) and cardio 2x a week.

>Monday: AM Workout; PM Workout
>Tuesday: AM Workout; PM Workout
>Wednesday: Rest
>Thursday: AM Workout; PM Workout
>Friday: AM Workout; PM Workout
>Saturday:AM Workout; PM Workout
>Sunday: Rest

This. The time between workouts is the rest.

Hey I do this. But half the time I end up blowing off Sunday because I drink too much on Saturday.

>gym opens later on sundays (11 I think)
>only able to work out early in the morning
>go to church and ask the lord why he must take away my gains

Everyone I know is trying to stop me from doing this
>Working out that much is unhealthy!
>You're eating takeout today? You're just gonna get fat again!
Fucking gains goblins.

Monday: Workout
Tuesday: Workout
Wednesday: Workout
Thursday: Workout
Friday: Party Face Off
Saturday: Recover, 1/2 Speed Workout
Sunday: Workout

Sometimes I switch up Fri., Sat. & Sun. depending on what's the happs.

Did you even consider intensity, frequency, time, etc.? 7 days of weights isn't like 7 days of cardio, for example.

Who exactly is this supposed to help?
That's some vague shit right there.

>Monday: BEES
>Tuesday: BEES
>Wednesday: BEES
>Thursday: BEES
>Friday: BEES
>Saturday: BEES
>Sunday: BEES

BEES. Literally the only logical way of doing things

Mon-sat: workout
Sun: rest

Enjoy getting half my gains. Push/pull master race

Monday-box/cardio
Tuesday-full body lift
Wednesday-box/cardio
Thursday-full body lift
Friday-rest or party (I don't drink)
Saturday-morning box/cardio then full body lift (sometimes party)
Sunday-rest

I box so its a lil different. Idk how it works with lifting.
