Hello, today I want to share with you some of the techniques on how to get taller. Of course I can't guarantee that they all will work the same.

It's important that you try to reach something! > While jumping your whole body stretches and you get taller. Jumping also stimulates your growth plates in the knees. > Do this 170-200 times a day and you should get taller
> genetics seriously it's not all genetics, people only say that because it's easy to blame your problems on something you have no control over.

Litrelly all you need to do is stretch you dumb nigger, doing weighted pull-ups / chins is good at this.
Might make you taller, but it will definitely stretch out your spine and make you stand more straight.
