It's not feasible for someone living there to binge eat shit food (fast food) every day. The majority diet of Japan is rice, vegetable, 1 portion meat (usually fish) and it's dirt fucking cheap. You can buy fish from markets nearly anywhere. If not they have a wide variety of fiber high snacks (noodles, rice, curry type shit).
