Accessories will stay at these weights until next sunday. I've decided Saturday will by my rest day and i'll work out the other 6 days. Eventually i need to add back some cardio somehow, but i hate it so much!

I have slowed down my Chin up progression, and will slow down my OHP progression when i reach 50kg, i'll add 0.5kg a week and attempt to do 2x5 every session.

Actually, can i work out on my "rest" day? maybe just get a pump to help the healing process?

(52kg ohp 2x4, 78kg bench 3x3, 122kg squat 2x4 and sumodeadlift 155kg 1x4 i thik were my lifts, and i was hitting prs every session working out 3 days a week)

I envy you, most I do on deadlift is 80% for sets of 3. I think I do 85% on the last week of #37 and maybe a few sets at 90% on #30 when I get to it.

I'm thinking of throwing a few lbs onto all my maxes once I transition into #30 from #37.
