2 cups Brown rice
1 1/2 cup of black beans
3 eggs

Can't post pic because already finished it but it was just overnight oats. 1 cup oats, 2 cups milk, 2tbsp peanut butter, chia seeds.

200g carbmaster yogurt
200g plain greek yogurt
25g whey
50g blueberries
little bit of instant coffee.

doesn't look/sound the best, but I like it and it's got pretty great macros

51g protein 4g fat 20g carbs
