Can't post pic because already finished it but it was just overnight oats. 1 cup oats, 2 cups milk, 2tbsp peanut butter, chia seeds.

2 slices Ezekiel bread (the one with flax seed added) with 3tbps of PB2 mixed with a bit of water to get that GOAT chunky Peanut Butter consistency spread on top. I'm eating at a deficit-- it was a 235cal breakfast with 34g carb, 19g protein, and 4g fat.
I just hit 135lbs this morning too, only 10-15 more lbs to lose before I can start maintaining and focusing more on lifting heavier. Been slacking on my lifts, focusing more on cardio lately to shed the last of this unwanted fat. Done blog posting.
