I ran 3x int med vol bench,int 2x squat and int 1x dead several times.
Bench is really good,unfucked my bench and I had a 5kg PR the first cycle.
Dead is also really good,I had 5kg PR on all cycles and finally my dead surpassed my squat.
As far as squat goes I lost 10kg the fist time I ran it.Second time I marched previous pr and last cycle I gained 2,5kg. All of this was with a back injury tho.The squat volume was definetly lower than I was used to having ran C6W previously.
In the end I would recommend the programs.I'm starting another cycle of bench but I'm slowly getting back into sq/dl so not gonna run a program for them.

3-day squat and bench for intermediates and advanced work. 1-day DL works as well, but I'd recommend doubling the frequency by performing a variation on another day of the week.
I wouldn't doubt the efficacy of the 2-day programs.

You always need to lower the weight to try something new
you should lower the weight whenever you're playing with technique, but 99% chance your high bar will be less powerful than low bar so yes to your question

Depends, but probably. You'll have to test yourself though. If you've never done high bar before, then almost certainly. I'm positive I squat less high bar. As to how much less, I have no clue. At least 5-10 kg.
Don't have any webms of my high bar squat. Here's mid bar, a single from like 2 months ago. And I can't remember if I have my paused bench webms saved on my phone or not.
