I just applied for the Army and want to get fit, fast. I can already meet the minimum fitness requirements but want to be ahead of everyone when it comes time for our AARC. Any useful tips welcome.

Push ups, curl ups, running and other basic shit like that. I already do all of that btw.
Be prepared for after the army. Drink a couple 40s and sleep in a bus depot.

I'm joining the Navy this is what I have been doing stopped drinking soda 168g or protein and then 4 days a week I walk 8 miles then come home and to 50 sit-ups, 50 push ups and then 50 pull ups then for the other 3 days I run 3 miles and then lift 75 lbs and do squats. Went from 194 to 168 in a few weeks
