That is literally hs freshman tier bench holy shit. Also I had your deadlift at 16, you really should kill yourself.

You must have relatively short arms and any other proportions that lend themselves to your stats, for a bench so good relative to deadlift.

I have long as fuck arms and deadlift 250kg, yet can only bench 110kg for 1..

5'5" manlet reporting in.
I've been lifting for about 3 years now, and have only taken my training seriously in the last 8 months..
I started going to a new gym (Ironcore) since July 4th and have been training with a power lifter and his girlfriend.
Ive noticed that every 2 weeks, my bench has gone up by 10 pounds so that's good.
