>sleep 8 hours every night >deep silence, room is dark >really hard to wake up >fall asleep on the train to work 80% of the times >extremely sleepy after having lunch >can't party Friday night without feeling completely exhausted >take 2 coffees a day to cope
I go to sleep at 11 pm and wake up at 7 am. I drink plenty of water, eat my fruit... I don't wake up in the middle of the night... I exercise and lift.
What the fuck is going on? Anyone with the same problem?

>>take 2 coffees a day to cope How many spoons of coffee and which coffee? Espresso is quick and easy they do it a lot in Italy, probably good to have an espresso and a glass of water to wash it down If you really need a large caffeine intake there are tablets you could get
Zachary Price
Same here user.
Tried caffeine, iron, even nootropics and I'll still feel lethargic no matter how much sleep I get. If my surroundings are even remotely quiet my narcolepsy kicks in hard as fuck, it's a huge problem fighting to stay awake during lectures.
I don't know how much longer I can go on like this, lifting and cardio haven't helped.

How do you do this?

Here's what you should look into: -Iron (eat red meat) -Zinc (eat red meat) -(Possibly order a testosterone test) -Vitamin D (go in the sun a bit more) -Depression
Those are the four most likely causes. Good luck.
