Always Sleepy

>sleep 8 hours every night
>deep silence, room is dark
>really hard to wake up
>fall asleep on the train to work 80% of the times
>extremely sleepy after having lunch
>can't party Friday night without feeling completely exhausted
>take 2 coffees a day to cope

I go to sleep at 11 pm and wake up at 7 am.
I drink plenty of water, eat my fruit... I don't wake up in the middle of the night... I exercise and lift.

What the fuck is going on? Anyone with the same problem?

>2 coffees

That's not a lot desu

for me it is, I get jittery

Here lad.

Get your blood or testosterone checked at a doctor's

This

Not op but why?

OP might have anemia

Stop dry humping the mattress

Injectable l-carnitine fixed my life long fatigue

I have taken test, misc steroids, peptides, mk-677, blasted and cruised for almost a year now

I originally took it to get shredded and cheat at uni varsity but after the loading week i felt like a changed man

Its to do with mitochondrial efficiency, a lesser supplement may help you out (something like coQ10) but i would go to datbtrue read up on l-car and think about it

Are you taking any medication? That might be a side effect.

fix your gut. google "leaky gut" and how to cure it

check your CO concentration in your room

u might be vitamin d defficient.

Same here desu. I think some people just need 10 hours sleep.

Also fwiw I feel better if I wank less often.

>>take 2 coffees a day to cope
How many spoons of coffee and which coffee?
Espresso is quick and easy they do it a lot in Italy, probably good to have an espresso and a glass of water to wash it down
If you really need a large caffeine intake there are tablets you could get

Same here user.

Tried caffeine, iron, even nootropics and I'll still feel lethargic no matter how much sleep I get. If my surroundings are even remotely quiet my narcolepsy kicks in hard as fuck, it's a huge problem fighting to stay awake during lectures.

I don't know how much longer I can go on like this, lifting and cardio haven't helped.

How do you do this?

eat more carbs

See a doctor, rule out obstructive sleep apnea.

Talk to your doctor for fuck sake

Doctor here.

Here's what you should look into:
-Iron (eat red meat)
-Zinc (eat red meat)
-(Possibly order a testosterone test)
-Vitamin D (go in the sun a bit more)
-Depression

Those are the four most likely causes. Good luck.
