I know test is legal in the former yugoslavs, but what about tren and deca ? Google isnt working Because some "natural alternative" bs is spamming the feed.

sdrol pumps an insane amount of water/glycogen into muscle quickly but takes a couple weeks to actually start seeing lean muscle gain

i dont think so. sdrol makes you bloat. Too many people mistake the bloating with actual muscle mass.

In my opinion deca is best. Lean quality pure muscle mass, no bloating (or barely).

Tren is also good, but tren is harsh and made for horses, so fuck that.

High deca, low test = goat.

I know sdrol is not to be taken lightly but isn't methyltren a lot worse even when it's 20/30mg vs the mcg dosage you take?I had little issue with tren and I tolerated it quite well even high dose worst sides were night sweats and libido too high. Ultimately the pip was too harsh for me though.

Just finished my 12 week cycle

1-12 Test E 500/wk
1-4 Accutane 10mg/day
8-12 Dbol 75mg/day


Gained 28 pounds, muscle and fat. Hair thinned a little, probably the accutane, I might jump on the finasteride train.

Really minimal sides, high bp, i ran around 141 systolic. Dick was strong first month, then mostly soft cuz dont know how to dial estro, got estro on hand at all times anyway.

Noe cruising on 150/week, gonna run deca/test/dbol next time.

I'm also trying to set realistic expectations. I'm ok gaining some BF but I really need to get bigger. I'm a fatty with loose skin so I'm trying to fill out a bit, already past 1/2/3/4 on the big lifts so not sure how much more size I'll get.

I stopped losing hair. I need more on a blast than a cruise. 1mg/day on cruise 5mg/day on a blast. No sides to report, dick works fine. My dick always works though desu. Only when my estrogen is really high do I have some minor dick problems.

I would start with 200 deca 200 test. Do that for 8-12 weeks.If that works good and you dont experience anything bad, bump up to 400 deca and do 250 test. You shouldnt stay on that dose for too long, make breaks and do lower dosages from time to time.

Thats my personal dose, 400 deca and 150 test. Anything above 400 deca and i feel shit and cant handle it anymore.

I do low test because im scared of MPB.

Unlike test, deca gives you clean, not bloated dry muscle mass. It takes a bit longer than test, but it will be legit/lean gains.

this is the most important. Test is great but it isnt magical. If you have shit sleep, eat shitty and train shitty it wont do good. Thats why i see faggots here who blast 500mg test but still look shit.

After i got on test, i now invest 8 hours into the gym every week. Doing 2 minute rests, cardio after every session. Eating 3500 cals, going to bed at 9pm.

If you want magic, you have to run all kinds of shit and i advice against it.

Thanks for the insight. During my first few months of lifting I was not too disciplined because I was also smoking weed. After quitting I'm a lot better at counting calories/macros, pushing myself every time I go to the gym, and getting enough rest.

Right now I'm getting 8 hours, eating at a deficit (but I can easily switch that stuff up), and lift according to my ability (lift heavier every week and a half or so - not exactly the next session because I get my volume up before I up the intensity).

I do know how to make gains, but as mentioned above, interested in clarification of the required surplus, and how exactly to measure or set goals for "training harder."
