someone answer this question
lentils/beans/oats for carbs.
Porkchops/chicken thighs/eggs/ground meat/organs(if you're into that stuff) for your protein source. They also have a good amount of fat so that fills up your daily fat requirement as well.
If you don't live in america, you can go with cheese and milk as well.
bread/pasta/rice also works as cheap calories but you don't want that shit.
Sweet potato and chicken.
Cheap food I would believe.
Ffs people go around to every grocery and find cheap food that meets your specific needs.
Groats, oats, offal, milk, jogurts. Slavic bullking magic, believe me.
Potatoes
Beans
Rice
Whatever meat is on sale
Whatever fruit is in season
Going fishing in a clean lake
Learning where to forage for local flora
That's about it.
Anything else is just gravy.
Everyone needs a cheap staple of foods that makes up the majority of their diet and is 100% healthy.
What about fruits and vegetables?
Chicken noodle soup
oats
also beans and rice. ground pork is quite cheap here too, so use chili to bulk
Bananas, apples, and most veggies are cheap.
frozen mixed vegetables should be a staple(1 buck per kilogram).
Depending on where you live you can also buy mashed root vegetables for like 2 bucks per kilogram.

im vegan and i eat for really cheap.
Usually makes a salad that lasts for three days or so.
consists of kale, lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, corn, grean peas, green beans, you can basically add whatever you like.
for carbs i usually eat sticky rice as those are the ones i like the most
for protein, eat some rye crispbreads with peanut butter, raw almonds, lentils, or other breads with loads of rye and seeds in them.ยจ
for snack you can eat a banana or an apple.
for pre and post workout i eat one rye crispbread with honey.
i am running everyday and following a 5 days split
lost 10 pounds on 3 weeks.
do you know what a bulk is
not as much a bulk as it is an extremely inexpensive diet
He's a vegan.
He has to interject with pointless bullshit and how he doesn't eat meat into every conversation like a braindead mongoloid.
Rice, beans, whey (unflavored, generic, not epik mega muccil bilder 4000), greek yogurt, bananas, cucumbers, other small veggies.
Don't become one of those 'Le sigh poor college life ramen every day xD' faggots
simply just trying to tell how cheap a vegan diet is.
Semen. You can actually make money on that diet.
Lentils/beans can also serve as protein
>bread/pasta/rice also works as cheap calories but you don't want that shit.
Why?
well i guess you could go for bread as long as you go for rye bread with loads of seeds and such in it, tastes not as good as white bread, but it is way healthier
If health mattered, why recommend fatty meat and eggs for protein?
could go for plant based proteins, way more amino acids in plants anyway
Is flavored that much more expensive than unflavored?
Because fat isn't unhealthy, you retard.
Saturated fat is
According to whom?
