Why do all the fitness aesthetic youtubers always train so weird?
I mean, they have different goals, but isnt it scientifically proven, that at least when you are natural, you still should try going up in weights instead of having hundreds of sets at lower weight.

Or am i totally wrong here? I mean, there are so many female youtubers that are in the fitness thingie. And then they post a workout, "arm workout", literally doing 4 different curl exercises for biceps.

It's been proven that strength =/= always correlate with mass.
In some cases it's even detrimental to mass.

And high - mid rep range with 50-75% weight creates higher strength gains over the long run as well as greater and denser mass.

It might sound like bro-science. But it's been proven with lots of anecdotal evidence and the infamous "oldman" and "blue collar" strength.

you get a few beginner, intermediate, and advanced routines (small, medium, large load for each)

here's how some of them correspond to the forum spreadsheet programs:
intermediate medium load = over 80kg program
intermediate large load = under 80kg program
advanced medium load = 4 day program

they seem identical but there are some minor differences/mistakes, so far I found one day on the advanced medium load that wants me to do 4x3 box deadlifts with 95% (while the spreadsheet wants 4x2 75% double paused deadlifts)

Back is fatigued in general from the 5x10 chins I did for shits and giggles on Tuesday. Scapular winging and upward rotation felt way worse this morning, despite doing stretches to supposedly fix it. I feel like the stretches are making it worse tbqh.

Except this was prescribed to me by a shoulder specialist to fix my problems. I am lacking quite a bit of internal rotation on my right side, it's actually ridiculous.

Whoops, wasn't thinking properly. I do static stretches every morning and evening to fix my shoulder blade. It is pretty much mobility work too, because I am massively lacking internal rotation of my right humerus. Not really working to well, I must admit. I even saw better results from stretching for sumo in less time.
