I went to make my post workout protein drink, which is just milk with protein powder as it tastes great... The milk had gone sour and stunk, I was really upset by that and the water based protein drink tasted bad at that :/.

Literally looks like the shit I took when I ate chicken that wasn't fully cooked.

Fuck you on about? JIF is 100% natural peanut butter and peanuts by themselves don't contain any TFAs and mostly MUFAs, fewer PUFAs and even fewer SFAs. Aside from cashews and macadamia, peanuts are the nuts and probably some of the best sources of healthy fats around.
