Part 2. Been lifting almost 3 months, 5'7, doing Veeky Forums's grayskull lp. I think next dead day I can pull 140 and imbalance this even further

Squat more, deadlift less. Squat transfers over to deadlift a ton. Deadlift doesn't transfer to squat nearly as much

I've tried lifting before, but it was basically only fucking about trying to do starting strength. I think the only 'decent' time I ever had was three weeks I went consistently when I was 17. From then until I started in June I was maybe at the gym 10 times max. I don't think strength lasts over periods like that but it at least made me not waste any time starting from light weights for some exercises when I knew I didn't need to.
As for form, I watch a lot of videos, have been told it's good in the gym and it feels good, but I think I've got some lordosis and stick my ass out a bit too much when I lift. So I'm working on that.
I've thought about swapping out a dead day every 2 weeks for squats instead, but my hips ass and legs are already the most inproportionately large parts of me. Should I just go for it anyway?

honestly unless ur going for strenght as a female you should do a female oriented program.
As for the lordosis dont mistake having an ass for it. Still google yoga lower back stretches and that will help.
Squats are overated for female shape and volume is ultimately better that strength imo for girls. (low test)
and when I say squats are overated I mean dont worry about lifting super heavy on them like everyone on here thinks.

Either... you do mixed grip because its easier than double overhand, but if you're using straps then it's pointless to used mixed grip
Mixed grip is more dangerous than double overhand, as there is a greater risk of bicep tear in the pronated arm.
