Post-Workout Meals

What does Veeky Forums eat after their workout.

For me its a big bowl of traditional oats cooked with a bit of stevia and mixed with blueberries, strawberries, banna and topped with sugarfree maple syrup.

Anyone who says oats are shit is eating microwave oats and putting in no effort at all.
No stick pan on stove done in 5 minutes no mess 100x tastier.

Overnight oats.

i nuke them with whey and water until it becomes a cement-esque mess. Usually not hungry at that point so it helps.

at the jim right after my last set:
10-15g BCAA + 30-50 grams maltodextrin to instantly maximize MPS
1 hour later:
150g chicken, 200g white rice
bros where ur protein at

After workout i usually have my "main meal" which is dinner. Usually Chicken, rice, veggies, or pasta, meat, veggies, or potatoes, fish, veggies

overnight oats are so good

usually two scoops amd something like pic related.

quick. easy. done. usually adds up to about 90g protein for 5 mins of work with no cleanup

after a hard workout I down about 1L of fruit juice

need them simple sugarz mayne to replenish glycogen

"Sugar free" maple syrup

A huge nigger dick flavoured pudding

right after workout I down a shake of whey and oats. then I walk home and eat chicken, rice and vegetables which I have prepared in advance for the entire week

not him but
>In cooking, a syrup or sirup (from Arabic: شراب; sharāb, beverage, wine, via Latin: sirupus) is a condiment that is a thick, viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water

syrup by definition is sugar dissolved into liquid

>stick pan on stove done in 5 minutes
you fucking liar, that doesn't count the time it takes for the milk to heat up beforehand

I have a non stick pan but they still stick. I do use milk instead of water though, could that be the issue?

I dont eat complex carbs after a meal.

So, white rice.

after the gym*

milk, 2 scoops, 5g creatine mono
raspberries
chicken
broccoli
sometimes some nuts

Shake

How can I improve my oat recipe? Currently it's:

>Roughly 1 cup oats
>Enough milk to get the consistency I want (don't measure)
>Few tablespoons of flax
>1 banana
>Some cinnamon

you are such a fag it hurts.

The product. Is named and sold under the name

MAPLE SYRUP
-sugarfree-

nah use milk.

As soon as ur done put it in a bowl and put pan under water. If you have one those bristle brushes it comes of clean pan in 30 secs

mix stevia in while cooking. Make sure you use the big traditional oats.
Look for sugarfree maple syrup aswell stuff is magic and I like to mix a bunch of frozen fruit in mine.
If you want some real badass oats lookup the soaking overnight method
