Just a reminder that Pittbulls are the black people of the dog world and should be banned from intentional breeding
stop trying to attract attention here you fucking twink shit, you're so ugly your mother calls you nephew
get on
Fuck off, overcompensating loser.
>applying for position at a chiropractic place doing training and functional movement classes
>basically would become part of their small team and would become a part of their curriculum for all clients
>probably pays pretty well considering that
>wife has the idea that I should come up with sample classes/exercises and bring them in a binder
>realize this is a great idea and I should also explain and justify each exercise and grade it for different competency levels
>this is probably gonna take like 5 hours at least
fuk. also pls no bully if I start working for a chiropractor I need money.
yeah. its tough, I'd love to have one from pupper level but it's dicey with any dog knowing what their adult temperament will be.
they're so fucking adorable though, and what experience I have with them is extreme loyalty
girth brooks has basically the life i want, pupper included

oh good grief
I'm on
I think its a fantastic idea, tbqh
daily reminder that the 23 posts Esmeralda Made last thread were all off topic and not lifting related so if one were to report those posts for off topic it would be completely acceptable
Please help Plg get rid of that trash
Dammit I didn't want to see this yet. Thanks Bill.
The binder or the job?
>BoB 3 stream is behind a paywall
>the binder or the job
Yes, desu
saw that, RIP eddie
Sounds good 2 me. What are you currently licensed in/where would you like to go? Physical therapy?
Oh shit you're right.
Who pays $10 to watch powerlifting online? It'll be on youtube tomorrow anyway.
anyways here are the lifters and their openers
bossbarbell.com
for whatever reason, they put the BW in lbs and the openers in kg. idk who thought that would be a good idea
yeah I know. but the day 1 (open, so probably a bunch of literal whos) is already on YT here
youtu.be
Is that some roidaroo shit?
I'm licensed as a Personal Trainer and as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Eventually would like to work as a Strength Coach in college athletics but my situation doesn't really allow for it right now.
I think it would be a decent job if I can manage to get it. I'm sure there will be people applying with a lot more experience than me. I'm usually really good at interviews though. Never had an in-person interview yet where I didn't get offered the position.
Better than watching your average Brittish "lifter"
I highly doubt any of them will fail a drug test today
fuuuuuug I was hoping to watch it... How much is it? I could stream it again perhaps?
shoo shoo
is stubble acceptable for long makeout session?
>I'm licensed as a Personal Trainer and as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Eventually would like to work as a Strength Coach in college athletics but my situation doesn't really allow for it right now.
This is actually what I want to do. What kind of qualifications do you have? What would you need to move up?
In for doggo
>666
Dog is evil, needs to be old yeller'd. Sorry bro.
Reminder that wearing jeans with zero taper, baffle calves and wide exits at the ankle is hideous and makes you look like a fucking peasant. The most important part of a fit is how thr trousers meet the shoes, and everyone can notice at least subconsciously.

might be
Like I said the CSCS is a must. There is another certifying organization that's getting more popular but the name escapes me currently.
I did an internship with my university's S&C staff. The vast majority of guys in the field were a graduate assistant for a strength and conditioning staff, so idk how your chances would be without having that. idek what the difference in my chances are since I only have an internship.
Eddie doesn't look happy.
Chest pain.
would you be happy with losing?
Im pretty sure Eddie knew there was no way he was ever going to win, being a deadlift babby and all
Is there anywhere to watch all the heats?
Bjornsson looks ecstatic though.
He had a shot. He came dead last on frame carry and shared 1st in deadlift and overhead
there are some instagram clips on thor's page and I'm sure the others have videos as well.
WSM is absolutely horrible with getting decent coverage though. I'm sure eventually official video(s) will be available
here is hall vs thor in circus barbell

here is the frame carry

he needs to raise his standards then
Hey Im sorry, Im running off of three hours sleep and am basically retarded right now.
What qualifications do you have/does an average person need to be a personal trainer?
What is a "graduate assistant"?
How do I go from working in a kitchen with only my high school diploma to working as a PT to working with athletes. In easy to understand steps. Thanks :)
>dead last on frame carry
>first in deadlift
Like I said deadlift babby
I don't understand why I have to wait until December to watch it on UK TV.
I remember when I was younger these used to be broadcasted on tv wtf?
they lost ESPN as a sponsor this year
Why lmao? So no one else (television broadcaster) wants to cover them? Kek
You don't really need any qualifications to be a PT. Literally just sign up for the exam, study, and pass it, and you should be able to find a job training at a gym somewhere if you can sell yourself well.
A graduate assistant is basically a student studying for their master's degree employed by the university to work with the faculty. Usually it's helping them do research but occasionally there are positions doing other things, such as working with the S&C staff. I had one working in employee wellness for a year.
To be certified as a strength coach through the NSCA you have to have a college degree.
If you aren't in the US I have no idea how the rules differ.
Channel 5 will air them in December, which is as good as live if you don't follow it.
Are there bench programs better than sheiko?
no
literally
2 months ago I would have said CLutz but he betrayed me.
Story?
I believe u, ice seen kiril
rts intermediate
Is Sheiko just a meme? I remember when everyone was on 531, then TM, now Sheiko...
The first time I ran it it put 20lbs on my bench in 7 weeks.
I ran it leading up to a meet and basically lost strength according to the meet. Probably mostly my fault but I'll blame CLutz.
20lbs in 7 weeks is no better than I'm getting on sheiko so I'll stick with it.
I just wanted something really fun
>not running nuckols back to back to back to back to get 45-50 lbs on your bench in 16 weeks
>comeonnow.jpg
CLutz is really fun if that means anything. If sheiko is working then stick with that though obv.
>Literally just sign up for the exam, study, and pass it, and you should be able to find a job training at a gym somewhere if you can sell yourself well.
You mean the CSCS right? And by sell myself well, you mean be well groomed and "confident", and hopefully dont look like a fatty or dyel?
Ive helped my brother, a friend from work, and a few people online with training, and I love doing it. Would be much better than this line cook gig if it paid. Wish me luck.
And Im still not following well on the second part (brain dead here sorry).
So to eventually end up working with actual athletes, I need to get some sort of related Bachelor's degree, and from there get 'hired' by a school to assist their S&C team? How do I google how to do this, please.
Thanks for the help man.
Bench is all I can physically do right now with my spinal injury.
While sheiko works, and it works well, I'm getting demotivated and bored cause I don't get to max out for months at a time and do fun shit.
Do you know any good OHP programs? I might run greys 3 day novice bench for OHP alongside sheiko bench.
I have nothing else to do at the gym while I can't squat or deadlift.
I have really short arms so I'm good at pressing, but i never feel satisfied with it cause it's all volume and no maxing
There are more aggressive and also productive options if you're not as strong but Sheiko will yield consistent gains definitely.
I'm nothing special, what are those aggressive and violent options? Sounds like what I need.
>I remember when everyone was on 531
When? The big TM phase was even before Hepburn, I don't recall 531 being super popular ever.
>are there bench programs better than sheiko
no I can't think of any
ss + gomad
TM variants, Hepburn, 10x3, Nuggles, also in for Lutz
Nuggles?
10x3
Will look into Hepburn if that's 3day
Hepburn is absolute shit desu.
reminder to do your volume
>bench programs better than sheiko
>no I can't think of any
Sheiko isn't magic for bench, lol. You could spend 5 minutes reading about DUP and set up something just as successful on your own.
guy just died lads...
The American coverage is always dogshit awful though. UK coverage is much better and will be on youtube.
It's just
>LOOK HOW BIG HE IS
>HE SHOULD PLAY A REAL SPORT LIKE BASKETBALL
>WHAT IS A KILOGRAM
>AMERICA IS THE BEST COUNTRY EVERYBODY REMEMBER THAT
where are you watching this please invite me
i'm not Sean.
Goodbye knee, we never knew ye
Looks like his foot slipped out from under him. How in the hell does that happen?
i lift heavy things
Jesus Christ
no can do little mang, secret group only
What you said implies that if you programmed for yourself you'd have to work twice as hard for the same results.
I can't lift every day, but I can do 3 day bench sheiko, and if I get the same results then surely sheiko is the end all bench program?
Plos ave u seen kirill matey?
That was probably a result of whatever injury
Cytu(d0t)be/ipf
I'm guessing, I don't go there because they ban me every time
His ankle just gave out. What the hell? Poor guy :(
Do I get more aesthetics by doing powerlifting or oly lifting?
>if you programmed for yourself you'd have to work twice as hard for the same results.
I don't even...
You...
The fuck...
Nevermind.
Completely dependant on whether or not you bother to train arms
That's it.
So stupid that they don't use straps on the monoflit.
Watch the start. His right foot skids out to the side from under him. Dunno how that could be injury caused.
Buda: 0
Me: 320487
trappy-chan a cute!
Someone please explain
>Me: 320487
If that's what winning looks like, then I don't want to play anymore :)
Knee valgus is not a meme.
we have a stream link?
If I train arms in both, which should I choose?
Lonelypl is my goal body
Pls post his unphotoshooped pic for motivation pls
Virtus looks shit
Lomelypl is a man. He is the perfect image of a working man.
I'd do anything to be lonely pl;-;
