If Blaha knew so much about training why does he look like absolute ass?
>>38386301
he's actually quite big...
He looks way better than he would if he didn't train. Not everyone has the genetics to look like a bodybuilder or fitness model. He is still clearly more muscular than the average person.
He's actually quite fat.
After 4 years of training he looks worse than he did when he made his first cut. It's not about genetics or anything, the man's training is generally awful.
He doesn't train.
all lies
he's big
I don't really give a shit about blaha, but is he a bodybuilder or a powerlifter? if he's a powerlifter he should be judged by his lifts, not his bf%.
He's 30% bf and his "training" (I use that term very loosely) is making him look even worse. The man has been trying to lean out for the past 4 years and despite the copious amounts of drugs he was taking has never been able to look better than when he started out again. He looked better after being bed-ridden for 2 years than training for 4 years. That's just....wow.
He's the best troll the lifting community has ever known. He may suck at lifting but he sure knows how to stir up controversy.
No, he's actually 5'7" @ 220 lbs of diarrhea in a garbage bag.
And a brutally frustrated, closeted homosexual who suffers from mommy induced narcissistic entitlement syndrome.
You are taking advice from a guy with a dad-bod.
If an almost 40 year old man who can deadlift 500+ for reps is weak then sure.
And anyway he's one of the few youtube guys who understands steroid use and doesn't say shit like "anything is possible".
Yeah, he has definitely some problems in his head and autism or some shit but his lifting advice is the best on youtube imo.
thats our boi hemingway
You live a sheltered life.
Congratulations to your parents on their failure to raise a child properly.
Cool. Don't explain or anything like that.
Go home Hemingway
Agree. He's autistic but his lifting advice is good.
Let me ask this again, if his advice (that he applies to himself, mind you) is so good, then why does he look like a man who has never even seen a barbell before, let alone lifted it?
I think he has Klinefelter syndrome or some shit
MORE LEAN MASS THAN SERGE NUBRET.
MORE FANS IN JAPAN THAN ANY OTHER YOUTUBE FITNESS CHANNEL.
AND HE IS A HERO THAT SERVED HIS COUNTRY.
WHAT A GUY AMIRIGHT?
He is also on copious amounts of gear and does nothing but eat, sleep, train and troll forums all day.
Please show examples of "solid" advice that is original and not
1) a regurgitation of someone else's idea/thought
2)basic knowledge
3) common fucking sense
poor bloho :^(
Blaha "research" in action:
>googles something
>reads it
>misunderstands it
>spews it out
Him doing DC is probably the funniest thing I have seen in my life.
> He is also on copious amounts of gear and does nothing but eat, sleep, train and troll forums all day.
You mean,
He is also on copious amounts of gear and does nothing but eat, sleep, drive his female GF around, collect disability and troll forums all day.
I love how all does is rant, so then his videos become 10 minutes+ long and he can use more than 1 ad.
He never really gives advice, just says everyone is wrong or injured.
I still don't get how he cracked so much in such a short period of time. If you look up his videos up until mid-2014 the man was producing solid content, aimed at the regular ham-and-egger that just wanted to look a bit better and lift a bit more. He had a good niche and his advice was mediocre but not bad or anything.
Now is just unrecognisable.
If you look at the people here (and i actually think most of here are actually pretty educated in fitness compared to the regular population) you shouldn't be angry at a dude who shares basic knowledge and common sense.
Then you have Juggernaut Training Systems...
Lol so repeating stuff is bad now? Because i thought that's how education works. You hear something from somebody who heard it from somebody else. And what is bad about giving out basic knowledge. The fitness community needs that pretty fucking bad.
I get that people hate him for all the shit he said about being a fbi and cia agent and the hemmingeway story was damn near comical but his lifting advice is solid.
Why is that fat man wrapping up? He clearly doesn't have the muscle mass to warrant pulling weights of that calibre.
>I am doing DoggCrap
>Which is one set
If he actually sat down and read the DC manual, he would know that you a set number of reps (say 15) that you need to complete. You take a set, take 10 or so breaths, pump out another set and do it until the rep count is done. If you can do more reps, you up the weight next time.
So, he is failing hard at his own training (he is doing a lazy-man's Madcow) and he gives lifting advice to others and those others think it is solid. You can't make this up.
blaha pls go
is he seriously suggesting squat, bench, deadlift, and OHP in the same workout?
Repeating is not educating.
Understanding the information, explaining the information and instructing on the information is educating.
If you are just reading verbatim without knowing what you are reading then you are just acting as a text to talk app.
Then flip the script in a couple of months and say the complete opposite of what you said prior.
Please provide examples of this supposed "solid" advice.
2nd request
he has the worst genetics ever
