I had a colleague who would only eat rice, fries, salsa dip, and some forms of cooked meat like steak. He would not eat vegetables, dairy, most forms of bread (like, if it had sesame on a bun he wouldn't touch it), anything green in his food, and when we'd go to restaurants he would go into a 1-minute spiel to the poor waiter about what not to put in his dish - like, he'd order some fancy Asian dish with a million ingredients and end up with rice and some chicken in sauce. Shit was embarrassing to be associated with. And the man was over 30 and married!

You'd be surprised how weak some untrained people's pecs are. Before I started lifting I did tons of cardio and could do 10 pullups with little effort, but I couldn't do a single real pushup.

I struggled to bench just the bar when I first went to the gym.

Also, especially with women, skinnys often become fatties later in life. They never build muscles or learn about fitness when they're young, so they get older and it's harder to keep fat off without any muscle mass, and it's harder for them to get into fitness since they never learned anything about it when they were young

Also skinnyness can cause some health problems too. Osteoperosis is a big one with women, most women with that got it because they never had enough muscle

I had a friend who went through this exact same thing for years. Went to a doctor once, they couldn't find anything wrong with him. He was ultra-skelly mode, since he just hated eating ever since he was a kid.

Went to a doctor again, this time they were a little more thorough. It turned out that his digestive system was pretty intolerant of a common food ingredient (dairy, in his case). He just hated eating anything because he'd eat and then feel sick all day, never realizing that it was specific ingredients that were triggering it. He cut out the offending foods, and although it took him a while to start being comfortable with eating again, he felt much better pretty quickly, and has gotten up to a healthy weight.

You may want to see a doctor about intolrances or mild allergies, or you may want to experiment with cutting certain things out of your diet for a week at a time to see if it makes a difference.
