In general if someone is low BF and still has 'bloated face' it is genetics, however your face can bloat because of water retention due to AAS or salt intake. There are also certainly people who can have a higher BF while maintaining a nice chiseled face, and those people are lucky assholes for it.

If you don't have a visible 6 pack, I would't worry yet about how you will look. Just keep cutting.
