I like to focus on targeting the muscle i am working on, strenght and big lifts will come eventually
But i do sets with 100kg on flat bench, 110 on squat and 140 on deadlift
Actually i do max weight when i'm doing barbell and machine rows and weighted pullups. I follow Dorian Yates's type of training for the back. +54kg on pull up

Honestly why would anyone ask for advice after a measily 3 weeks? If you're asking us about bulking/cutting, if you can up your weights cutting then go ahead, but that'll platoe and then you need to bulk. Work your fucking program for awhile before posting pics.
because Most of my physical proress was kept from before I had the hiatus. Never hurts to know what needs more work. Not asking for cutting or bulking tips, I'm set on cutting to 12% while working out, but I appreciate that you pointed out my traps/chest. I'll attempt to work those a bit more.

Consume about 150-200g protein
3500maintenance calories, but started bulking few weeks ago so 4000kcals for bulking.
I switch routines quite often, and now going for strength gains, but i built most muscle on basically little own modified P/P/L routine.
Day1:Push(high reps-hyperthrophy)
Day2:Pull(Low reps-strength)
Day3:Legs(high reps-hyperthrophy)
Day4:Push(low reps-strength)
Day5:Pull(high reps-hyperthrophy)
Day6:Legs(low reps-strength)
Day7:rest
Havent done a cut yet, but always went for something like 9months bulk, 3 months recomp a year for last 3 years. probably wont cut for 3-4 more years since I consider spending my youth building quality mass while im still high in natural testosterone.
