this is the most Veeky Forums thread on Veeky Forums, and one of the longest running generals. shitposting is inevitable, but there are times (typically july to september, gee i wonder why) when shitposting is at an all time high

do a hepburn type progression where you start at 3x4 and add a rep or two every session until you hit 3x6 then increase by 10 lbs and start back at 3x4. or just do full hepburn

Just finished taking down our pool after 5 grueling hours in the hot sun and my lower back is kill.

My lower body was already kind of fucked from the bad workout on Friday already so this is the next level of fatigue.

How does /plg/ recover when they need to lift the next day besides eating/sleeping more and trying harder? I'm thinking of breaking out the foam roller later tonight.

Sheiko tomorrow actually looks terrifying just because of how hard last workout was, which had lower volume than what I have scheduled to do tomorrow. Think I'm going to stop pausing EVERY bench rep and just pause the first one on each set before I go into TNG.
