I've been trying to get my dad healthy for a year now. Everyday I ask him what he has eaten and we go over how many calories it is. But he just will not change his eating.
I stared getting Veeky Forums about a year ago and dropped 90 pounds. Since I've been hounding him, he's stayed consistent at 300 lbs (so at least he's not increasing).
It's crazy though. He'll go through a bag of almonds in 2 days. I then show him that bag was 180 calories per serving. And it was 30 servings.
