im a 21 year old 170 lb 5'11 male, at roughly 13% BF, always have been very healthy and athletic, full of energy and loving life with a 8-9/10 sex drive, never had erection problems in my life
took 60mgs of zinc a day for 2 months
the last week of the 2nd month i stopped getting morning wood and made my erections much softer, couldnt even get rock hard even to porn. i didnt realize imediately, but i stopped taking zinc, 10 weeks later, i still have the same problems.
-gave me severe depression/emotional numbness/lost motivation for life/ or entertained by anything, stopped enjoying games/tv shows
-brain fog
-always feeling slow to react to things/ slightly dizzy/disoriented/slow to think
-dry skin,/cleared my skin up completely (normally have eczma or pimples on my face, it cleared my skin up to the point where my skin is so clear i look like im wearing makeup, like my face is white as paper.
- shrunk my dick, (made it less girthy, however it hangs lower than it used to, in like a perpetually semi erect floppy state)
-water retention, (would drink a 1L bottle of water and literally 2-3 hours later will piss it out, as opposed to within the same hour as i would usually
-watery cum/ less volume of cum/premature ejaculation
-joint pains/limp wrists /knees
-muscle twitching
-constipation
-lowered appetite
-anxiety
-problems falling asleep/sleeping through the night/waking up very early
roughly a week ago, i researched too much zinc giving a copper deficiency,i ate cashewnuts/dark chocolate for 6 days and all the symptoms went away and i got my pimples/eczma back on my face and have almost my old energy back.
however, lately (2-3 days ago) my sex drive dropped back to 4/10 as opposed to 10/10 and my erections are back to the weak state even though i have been maintaining the same diet that helped restore my sex drive/energy.
im not sure why the cashew nuts/dark chocolate arent working anymore? i really need help.
