1)Jeff is a very good looking fellow. Combination of one of the european archetypical faces, low body fat, and steroid induced extremely high muscle mass.

2)roids and bodybuilding change a person, and sometimes their personality can turn into an insufferable prick outward. This is happens especially after a drastic change in external circumstances. I assume Jeff was a pretty scrawny kid, and probably a bit of an introvert. The limited amount of e-fame and great physical success send your psychology into a whirlwind. An unfortunate inevitability.

3) With regards to this picture, specifically, I think it's very telling. The girls are average looking, and while they seem to be very happy to be there, that doesn't change the fact that, to put it bluntly, you'd think he could do better than this.

All in all I think jeff is an ok guy, still going through some radical emotional processes.
I hope that once he matures, he gains a real sense of self-worth and respect
