anyone here done the 20-rep squat program?

you just do a 20-rep squat set 3x per week. Each session I think you increase the weight by 5 lbs and are supposed to hit your previous 5rm for a 20rm....after 6 weeeks....(lmao)

No way that's possible. My current 5RM is 150kg, I dont even know if I could do a 100kg squat for 20 reps desu.

You do your "10"rm for about ten, then stand there sweating and panting and dying while you proceed to do ten more reps. Then add ten pounds next time. I do think three times a week would be pretty insane though.
