I eat really well all the time, but I don't really like fish so I get protein from chicken and beef and take fish oil caps.

I've tried so hard to enjoy sea food and tried to condition myself to like it. I can eat it and get it down, but it's never enjoyable.

then blend it up, thats literally it. when it goes brownish in the tupperware in the fridge dont worry about that its still fine. Don't use the jar shit, its the worst, and you can make fresh salsa in like 2 seconds. My Grandma would always put it into a colander to to strain off some of the excess liquid because she liked it to be a thicker consistency. I also do that and now hate runny salsa.

Lunch: half an avocado, 250 grams kimchi, 4 eggs, 2 slices of brown bread, 3 kiwifruit and a pot of black tea
Dinner: 500 grams of some meat, varies between pork, topside beef roast, chicken breast, abalone or fish if I've been diving in the last couple of days. Have it with rice, sliced cabbage with mayo, broccoli. 3 kiwifruit for dessert

Yeah altogether. Even after washing them I think they retained too much sodium. Im trying to cut and my weight would either stay the same for days or i'd gain weight if I ate anything more. Lost 9lbs of water weight since cutting them I only eat one big scoop of rice and the rest is protein/veggies.

Why don't you rehydrate beans? Or get sodium free canned beans? If the sodium is all you're worried about there are ways around it.

Very simple, buy dehydrated beans of any variety (except lentils, those cook in fifteen minutes) soak them overnight or eight hours in cold water and a tablespoon of baking soda about an inch higher than the beans in the pot. Covered of course. Then drain, rinse with cold water and bring to a boil. Should only take 10-15 minutes to cook depending how soft you like them.

I just did it with 2 cups of chick peas. Gonna make some kickass hummus.

I've just started a low carb diet (not keto.)

Got a boxing match coming up sometime soon if I can get back down to weight again, I've got 10kg to lose though so it's going to take some work.

Today has been mostly fish, 600 calories of almonds and meat and rocket/spinach leaves.

Eating clean isn't a problem for me, eating below my calorie maintainence is the problem. I fucked my shit up and piled loads of weight on after my last fight and I've been struggling to lose it, something is wrong with my appetite but I'm trying to find a way to get around it.

So, tracking with MFP. 1456 cutting calories. After some fucking around, decided to try a 40p 30c 30f macro split.

Thoughts? Opinions on this split? Any higher protein and I get the shits.

What happens if I don't hit my macros but run out of calories? Some days I run out of calories but am way under my carbs, or way over my protein, or under my fat, etc. what do?
