I joined 6 months ago and since have become much stronger and more fit. I think it's better than gym for many things. I recommend it. Picture it is me and my friend.

Everything you do in the military you can do on your own privately and IF you truly are in it for some sort of mislead idealism or you actually think you fight for the interests of your country (assuming NATO nations) then you are waaaaaaaaay too stupid to be using the weapons you are probably using.
