How do I get good skin?
As a young teen, I had a lot of back acne and have some scarring from it. I also easily get stretchmarks from getting swole.
My current plans are to get a derma roller, a tan (bought tanning lotion, sunscreen, and aloe based moisturizer).
What else can I do?

he's right though. tanning is probably the worst thing you can do to your skin. getting a tan itself is a defense mechanism the skin employs to fight off the effect of the sun
on the topic of sunscreen again: i've seen some communities advocate for wearing sunscreen every single time you're in the sun. not sure if 100% youthful is the look you want a man, but you should look into sunscreen.
