Progress from 275 to 220, I'm 6'. Started October 2015. Could have made better progress but I binge eat a lot and am trying to stop. I would probably be at my goal of 190 already if I didn't eat like a fatty late night a couple times a week.

So I'm about to start lifting again. I'm 6'2" and weigh ~175 right now. Resting weight is around 165-170, and those extra 5 are in my belly because I'll be damned if I don't have some weight to burn when I get back to school.

Arms are technically my number one priority in terms of aesthetics, but I know to focus on the compounds. I'm just so fucking tired of feeling like I can't wear tshirts because of how skinny my arms are.

Can I do accessory work on a body part's 'off day' if I feel up to it? I don't plan to do more than three sets of bicep curls on upper body days. Will doing a couple sets on lower body days and a couple sets of tricep work hurt my progress or not?

I've never felt the need to look amazing. I just want to not look skinny as a stick.

The speed of losing weight doesnt affect the amount of loose skin. It will be the same after 2 years of staying in your target weight.

It does matter.
As does how long you were fat, how old you are, how much lifting you do, and various other factors.

I quit around 6 months into the cut, I'm at month 10 now.

I went from lifting 65 on each side to 95 but decided I didn't want to go anymore until I bulk because I have terrible fucking genetics and everyone always stares at my chest like I'm some freak.

Go to a doctor. It isn't something you can fix. You can get test boosters you'll be stuck on for life, but it'll help build muscle and you'll look way better.

you don't just quit lifting while cutting just because you're not making gains. lifting while cutting is to preserve the muscle and to make sure as much as possible of the weight you lose is fat, not muscle.

I didn't stop lifting until fit constantly put me down for having moobs. I have no friends and no outlet for the stress so every comment is seriously pushing me towards ending it.

At the moment I have no reason to live beyond waiting for years so I can finally be normal and not get laughed at by everyone around me.

Then pick up some home equipment, even 20-35lb dumbbells are better than nothing. If you're legitimately contemplating suicide over something like this, at least put in the effort to save yourself.

My squat dropped the most by miles, but not that fussed.

Why risk hurting myself and submit to constant harassment when I have literally no muscle left to lose. I can only bench 65 lbs.
