you don't understand weight management. The best way to feel natural in a weight division is to go over the limit and cut back down to be within it through cardio, then you have the weight/muscle/stamina at that weight, instead of just weight and abit of muscle. not dehydration and starving yourself

You can cut that through cardio and spend how long? To get ~500 deficit through cardio, you'd need to run an hour every day. Do you not think that would impact training and time? That's eating at a deficit for two and a half months that they could be training at their fullest. I think a lot of fighters would prefer to waste 5-7 days as opposed to 10 weeks to make weight
