When I cut I look like pic related

people on Veeky Forums always say I overwork core, but I haven't isolated core for a LOOONG ass time. Same with traps, I don't isolate, just heavy deadlifts and rows.

My routine is basically just SL with added accessories, 5 times a week. My main goal is still hitting 3/4/5, the aesthetics are just a by-product of lifting heavy ass weights really often

Post routine and diet. Years lifting ? Cardio ? How many children are you having with your wife ?

Lets see the overall volume.
