Banana Shake Oatz Recipe

Preparing Oatz is a pain in the fucking ass. I hate having to prep it on my stove, add milk, butter flavorings and whatever.

I concocted a special and quick way to consume oatz. Mind you, I've been using the Magic Bullet blender so eyeball it if you use a different blender.

>One banana
>Some OATZ
>5 cubes of ice
>2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. (optional)
>sprinklings of a bit of sliced almonds (optional)
>Another sprinklings of chia seeds (optional)
>Whey protein bitch
>Some milk. Add more or less for the THICCNESS.

Blend that shit. I can prep this in like 2 to 3 min tops. Why would anyone eat disgusting oatz when you can blend that shit?!

Why even blend. My morning breakfast is two scoops of protein, two cups milk, and a half cup oatmeal flour. Sometimes a banana on the side. You just stir it or shake it. No blending.

Damn you're lazy lol i do it twice a day. Prep oats, beat in egg, add protein powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter and a tsp sugar. Sometimes i even chop up a banana. Oh no, you have to measure shit too!!!

I dont even own a microwave, does that trigger you?

I do something pretty similar, and then fry it like a pancake.

On one of scooby videos he says he uses frozen banannas so that he doesn't uses icecubes.

Thought that was pretty smart.

i just soak my oats overnight and eat them with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

I do this, but let them sit in the fridge soaking for ~10 minutes.

Paired with a cup of black coffee and maybe a banana is my go-to breakfast.

Peanut butter
Cocoa powder
drizzle of honey
Pour a cup of coffee in it
Stir
Pour another cuppa coffee

Breakfast. Five minutes, tops.

A shake made with a frozen banana is so much better than one made with just a regular banana. I buy a bunch when on sale, peel them and freeze them.

You can also add a can of white beans for extra protein and fiber. White beans have a really mild flavor.
