get rid of the top bun and it'll rank as "average" in terms of bulking foods.
Clean bulking with roasted meat, lentils, mixed vegetables, plain yogurt with whey etc will always be the best but they give so little calories (50cals per 100g for veg and 120-180 per 100g for meat) you have to be eating a lot of meals a day or have a strong stomach.
