Vegeta honestly. Goku used to get pretty beefy when he powered up like against Vegeta or Frieza, but at around the Cell saga, Toriyama started to ween himself off big guys and really only left Vegeta and Tien. By the time DBS hit, everyone looked so deflated. Vegeta is still the juiciest character on the show though, even with Toriyama's new DYEL style. I'd say that makes him the most Veeky Forums.

Goku is the "Chad" who wins no matter what because life gives him plot armor. He even gets a traditional wife without working for it.

Vegeta is the Veeky Forums ideal. He knows that he is a prince that must reclaim his throne. He trains to beat Chad/Goku, but always comes up short. He gets a more realistic wife and must balance training and family eventually. He never truly stops to appreciate his gains.

Just like Veeky Forums, Vegeta's ideal is Goku (Chad), but he can never truly surpass this ideal because it isn't real. It has no true limits and is always just out of reach.

Yamcha was always my favorite Dragon Ball character. In a world where his friends all had unique earth-shattering ki-blasts and powerups that would increase their strength a million fold, Yamcha just had a wolf fang fist and it was still the coolest sounding move in the series

Vegeta and Goku never had girl problems like Yamcha did because they just didn't care. That's honestly one of the biggest take-aways from the show, if you just don't care and just have bigger and better ambitions than getting a girlfriend, girls will flock to you and you will into chad mode. Also it's a good takeaway that Vegeta was finally able to ascend to super saiyan mode when he just didn't care anymore about being better than Goku.

If Buu saga had ended with Vegeta sacrificing himself to beat Buu, finally understanding and acknowledging Goku (first time he called him that instead of Kakarot) and completing his redemption it would have been the perfect ending.
