Oats and protein powder. Was great for breakfast the first few weeks of my cut, but I can't stand it anymore

I would agree with eggs. Starts off great, but if I'm eating it in great quantities it starts to suck after about four eggs worth.

I've been eating chicken for like the last 2 months or so. Just cook it different ways. I've found that pressure cooking it makes best chicken.

That's why I love brown sugar, it has much more flavor than regular sugar, so you use less. I usually only out in 2/2.5 tsps of it in my oats

I've eaten my oats raw in milk with a bit of golden syrup for years and I never tire of it.
