Squat logic

>Lifter A is 100lbs
>Lifter B is 200lbs

>Lifter A squats 200lbs
>Lifter B squats 100lbs

which lifters legs are stronger?

What in the fuck is Expensive Harpsichord going to look like in 10 years?

Depends on how many reps and sets they are doing.

A

Body weight is distributed differently than a bar and plates

an ant can carry a flower 50x its own weight several feet to its ant hill

you cant even carry your computer into a LAN party

who is stronger?

doesnt matter

rep and set count is the same for both lifters

A lifts 100/2+200= ~250lbs
B lifts 200/2+100= ~200lbs

lifter A has less muscle mass
A is definitly better

the question is which lifters legs are stronger, not who has more muscle mass

protip: your mom sets a new squat world record every time she gets up

Lifter b . He sqwats 200 each time he takes a step

So lifter A is lighter and squats more. Fucking kind of fucking stupid question is that???

Nope

>black shirt
>black print

you have to be this retarded to enter

>100lbs
is Lifter A a manlet?

Lifter A

can squat 200lbs

that's more than 100ls

this

Your question overall is stupid. If its equal sets and reps even then you can't outright say who is stronger because one may simply not need as much volume/weight to maintain/grow their legs.

ok. what if it's their one rep maxes then

I know I'm right

a better question would be if these 2 lifters would wrestle who would win

assuming everything is equal except their strength and bodyweight

Then lifter A would win because lifter B is heavier so he has to carry his weight around which is an disadvantage

>wrestling
>lighter guy should win because no excess mass

are you retarded

Stronger legs wouldn't do much in a fight , when you plum think about it

he squats double his bodyweight whereas the other guy squats 0,5x his bodyweight

lifter B would struggle more relatively with anything that involves carrying his own weight aorund

Your question is still stupid you have so many unanswared variables. Even if its their 1 rep max are both performing the lift effeciently? Whats the bf % of both is it equal? If you want to oversimplify everything then the answer is pretty fucking obvious.

>wrestling is a fight
wrestling is a strength based sport, fighting is endurance based

How can sqwats help when a 200ibs motherfucker is on top of you?

at that point they obviously dont but you start out standing m8

You bench press him off of you.

>He can't 200lbs

LMAO

It doesn't matter because lifter A is apparently a manlet therefore he's already lost on everything

Like this, but bigger and still alive.
