I already started fasting eating 1egg and 2 slices of bread a day, thats like 80+60+60 200calories daily intake

whats the best way to proceed, are there any supplements that speed up the loss?

What exercise is best for this? I now do jumping jacks and fast pace walking, never tried running tho

You'll feel like shit since you're running at minimum capacity, and funny enough, the first thing to go in starvation mode is muscles.

Really the most you could hope to drop is 2 pounds of fat a week, 3 if you're mega obese (granted the above is not sustainable, but you're only doing this for 2 weeks) and then hope to God you have 9 pounds of water on you so you can dehydrate yourself via lack of fluids, shitting, and puking.
