Just started SL 5x5, but I gotta use a 55 lbs fat cambered bar for OHP because of low ceiling.
Don't wanna do z-presses b/c I want the full body working
Now my question is:
what will be different in comparison to another version of me that would use a normal bar?
will my OHP be weaker, less powerful?
will my core be better?
I literally have no idea
I also failed my 2nd B workout on OHP, and recently my 4th. 5th will be on wednesday. should I still add 5 lbs every time I succeed or less?

I just finished a program I made myself, looking for something for an Intermediate that is at least 4-6x a Week.
Stats: Squat 180kg/405lbs
Bench: 125kg/ 280lbs
Deadlift: pisspoor, less than squat
There are versions of TM where instead of increasing the weight on ID, you add reps, but I haven't seen many examples. I think you start from a 1 rm and build to a 3 rm, and then reset back to 1 rm.
