Cutting slowly - had a major refeed on Saturday - going to around 3000kcal because I felt lethargic as fuck. Feeling great now.

I try to stay between 1500 and 2300 each day. Trying to hard cut as much as possible before it gets too cold for me to do cardio outside.

I figure once November hits I won't really be able to go walking/jogging outside, so I hope to be down enough that I won't feel like a sperg going to the campus gym.
