Thanks. Im only 2 weeks in but getting stronger every day. Next step - Squat the bar once.

Were you naturally at the strength to deadlift the bar or did you have to do some other exercises first to build up?

Ive been doing bent over rows with 5lb dumbells to build up a strength base.
