I just ate a triple cheeseburger with toasted buns and bacon from Whataburger along with fries and a root beer
I was so hungry in the gym that it actually hurt and I finished the thing so quickly I was still hungry.
No idea yet, haven't went shopping. I still have some more fish and a few chicken breasts, along with some rice and pasta with assorted packets of veggies.
Probably just make some Chipotle style burrito bowls to last a few days, then hit up the store for the rest of the week.

Today is my dad's bday, my mom got us all some key lime pie and I just had a slice of it.. 440 calories. I'm cutting at 1200, had 680 cals earlier then came home and had that pie slice. I feel awful. I know I'm still technically under my calorie goal for the day but I still feel like a piece of shit. I wish I was a Stacey and could eat pie without feeling guilty.

I'm 133lbs, 5'6. Cutting at 1200cals helped me lose 35lbs, along with lifting and biking.

Not that user, but 1200 calories isn't that big of a deal. If people have legitimate health issues (not the self-diagnosed bullshit, I mean the kind where you get the voicemail from the blood lab at 10pm and you're positive for what the fuck ever) then doctors will usually put them on 1200 calories. As long as you don't just eat fast food and restrict your carbs, you're usually left full by the end of the day. A boiled egg is only 71 calories, salad shrimp are 100 calories for 57 shrimp, a thing of lowfat greek yogurt is 80-100 calories... So you can still protein blast the fuck out of your diet and stay full as long as you eat the right foods.

Well yeah, you're losing weight but even if you were completely sedentary at 5'6" 133lbs that sort of a cut would probably be too drastic, you'd lose a bunch of muscle.

On the same 1200, female and 5'9". It's fucking working wonders. I am sick, though, so I've been on some medicines to help regulate my system.
I would say don't feel bad about it unless you go, like, full retard and then blow it by eating 1800-2000 calories a day. There were times where I had 1300 in a day and all I did was push my exercise routine a little bit longer. Don't freak out over shedding every single last calorie, but as long as you don't blow it constantly there's nothing to worry about.
I just need to lose this last 15lbs or so to get rid of my lower ab and arm fat, then I'm going to do a bulk and try to get into oly lifting.
I suppose caloric needs are just a bit different for girls/you're probably less concerned about losing muscle than you were if you were a guy, too. Idk I'm just finally figuring out diet and seeing someone say they were eating 1200 calories a day and having nobody else say "what the fuck" kind of took me by surprise.

OP here. How the fuck do you all manage to eat so few caories and not fucking faint at the gym? I want to do this as well but have such a hard time reducing the amount of food I eat because I have a huge appetite and am constantly hungry. 6'2'' currently 85 kg
This poster In my case, I've been given a strict 1200 limit and I have to exercise for at least an hour a day. But, I don't do strength training. I want to, but I have to lose fat more than I have to build muscle right now. I have hypothyroidism, PCOS, and a pituitary microadenoma (teeny tiny brain tumor that makes me not female correctly). My medicines have significantly decreased my appetite, it's hard for me to get down anything over 800 calories if I eat healthy. You just have to eat the right foods. I fucking love oranges, they satisfy every craving I have. Also pizza, but I'm not digging into that until I lose 15 more lbs.
Swimming is sincerely the best. If you don't puss out after 1 lap it's some of the best cardio you can do, and it's a good environment. If I need a break, I get out of the lap zone and chill in the rest of the pool. I still move. If I need a breather I don't just stop moving. I'm either swimming or walking in the pool, which burns calories. The water's cool, so I don't pass out. If I get weak legged, the water supports my weight.
I understand that it's not optimal exercise for all kinds of Veeky Forums, but if you're trying to just lose weight in general, swimming isn't a bad way to go.

Caregiver here. Got to my client's house for the night shift and realized I forgot my fucking dinner. Luckily, based coworker gave me the rest of her meatloaf. It was breddy gud and kept me from being grumpy all night.

I make sure to eat oats with pb before I lift, my lifts have definitely not progressed as much as they would have if I was eating at maintenance or bulking, but I am not going to be on a deficit forever-- probably only another 1-2 months.

user you need to accept that being fit is something you're going to have to do for the rest of your life. There is small goals but the main goal is consistency you must eat normally and make food choices without having to measure calories and be bummed about being a 100 calories over. Its a great place to start but you should consider raising your calories in and take up running and eat at least 1500.
Look up the victim complex, it applies to fatties over eating blaming diet culture to all minorities blaming white straight men for financial failure. Stefan Molyneux on YouTube discusses similar ideas about victim culture ad other topics of interest.
