I got older. I grew into my face. I filled out. I was a late late bloomer so things only just came together in my late 20s.
Lifting definitely gave me more confidence and helped me fill out my clothes giving me a strong masculine presence but the biggest change was slowly just becoming more and more apathetic as to what other people think of me.

I've always been a very self-conscious guy and that kind of attitude is basically sexual suicide.
