I will tell you what do to based on my experiance and failure. Bulk and try not to give a fuck much about getting bit fatter. I had no muscle mass and i was trying to recomp or cut and i've pretty much wasted 1.5 year in the gym. If i would spend that time bulking, i would look fucking great right now.
