Targeted muscle atrophy and dehydration

Is is possible to lose muscles in a specific area, considering that I already don't work out. I have a visible adonis belt even though I don't workout and have bmi 26, which I think is the reason why I can't piss properly and its pretty much ruining my life. Also another thing that I have problem is dehydration. I usually drink minimum 2liters a day but yet I usually feel really thirsty If I don't drink water for more than 1-2 hours. Let me give you a example
>its 8pm and I drink water for the last time before going to bed which should be ~11-12pm considering that it takes me hours to piss.
>1 or 2 hours later I start to feel so thirsty and that dehydration numb pain in the front cortex. And If drink water I will have to stay till 2-3am to piss out everything otherwise its impossible to fall asleep or if somewhat do I will have pain/ wetdream.

>can't piss properly
>doesn't know how to stay hydrated
>blames it all on a muscle and decides that the best option is atrophy

>can't piss properly
It happens only at night though
>doesn't know how to stay hydrated
Why don't you explain it me then? My piss is crystal clear all the time but I don't know.
>blames it all on a muscle and decides that the best option is atrophy
I've read that people who have no control over their muscles around that area piss themselves(the opposite of my problem) so it makes sense, doesnt it?

Well, if its because of that muscle, how do you think kai greene takes a piss? See your doc

Because he knows what he is doing and shitload of roids.
>See your doc
I went to urologists already and they said that I have no problems.

Well your adonis belt cant be bigger than his because of the reasons you just said, so the problem cant be the size of the muscle. Also knowing what you do cant control your autonomic functions of the body, what the fuck mang

>Why don't you explain it to me then

2L/day isn't nearly enough you mong.

And to tag onto this because you're obviously too oblivious to google for yourself, the rule of thumb is:

bodyweight(lbs) x .5 = oz/day of water.

Yes but considering I'm not as fit as him and pretty much have no other muscles it should make a difference.
>reading comprehension
I said minimum 2 liters, and overdoing might also can fuck up your kidney.
Oh and sometimes even after full sleep(9hours) I still piss a lot.

>might also can fuck up your kidney
the autocorrect is so fucking annoying.

>being delusional
Saying min 2L really means on average you drink 2L. Some days more, some days less. Assuming you're a relatively normal size @185lbs then you need AT LEAST 40 more oz than you currently are getting. 53oz vs 92oz.

You suck at drinking water, own it and change it. You'll normalize once you get into the habit of drinking a reasonable amount.

If you get headaches from dehydration then you've let yourself go way too far.

Not drinking enough water will also fuck your kidneys up you dimwit. Drinking slightly more than you need isn't going to harm your kidneys nearly as much as consistently not drinking enough.

>then you've let yourself go way too far
Yes but like I said already if I drink way too much water I will literally have to stay till 5am to not fee like I'm going to piss myself every second.

>drink water all day
>don't drink water 2 hours before bed
>pee before bed
>problem solved.

Maybe you have to wake up and pee once but what's the big deal?

Wait, you think the reason you piss yourself at night is because you have an adonis belt and not because you're over hydrating too close to bed? Is this real life?

your are diabetic

>I said minimum 2 liters, and overdoing might also can fuck up your kidney.
Veeky Forums, where someone hysterically believes over hydrating a bit will fuck up your kidneys.

>pee before bed
The problem is that It takes me way too long(like 1-2 hours) and that's if don't drink for 3-4 hours otherwise I'm literally going to be pissing( more like having the urge) every 20 minutes.
I don't piss myself at night, I CANT PISS, IT TAKES ME WAY TOO LONG TO DO IT>
I thought about it too but the doctors found nothing.
Like I said my urine is always crystal clear so I cant be that much dehydrated.

>can't piss, takes way too long

So then you don't have to pee?
Drink more water.

I do I just cant pee it out. Its like holding your pee but I'm actually trying to piss

So you have the sensation of having to pee but when you go to push it out, you cant?

If this is the case you need to see a urologist again. No amount of Veeky Forums advice can help physiological problems.

Go see a urologist for your developing prostate cancer m8

I already went to TWO (2) different urologists and they said I have no problems.

user I hated you at first but now my sympathy is growing.

How strong is your "boner flexing muscle"? Are you able to cut a stream once you've started peeing?

Ive said even earlier in that I went to urologists
Anyway. Yes, I use it often to get out the remaining piss.
I have read pretty much any page about it and took enough different pills to see that its not as simple as they make it out to be. I'm pretty much 99% sure its about muscles.

What does your urine smell like btw?
I'm reading:

UTI
Unchecked diabetes
Prostate enlargement
Kidney stones
Blocked urethra (stone, scar tissue, ect.)
Stress
Groin injury
Lifting too heavy and straining a certain muscle(s)

Certain medications can cause it too, are you certain it's not something you're taking for an unrelated problem?

I didn't took anything before the problem and all the pills that I took were prescribed or were exactly for this problem. Also I stopped taking anything 1 month ago because they do absolutely nothing.
>urine smell like btw
I don't know, I have not noticed anything different.
>UTI
The thing is that I usually piss just fine through the whole day but when it comes time for bed and to empty it completely it just doesn't happen.

I mean, could it be a stress thing then?

It might be but I'm usually doing diaphragmic deep breaths which usually help about that and recently started doing full body relaxation. I usually stay completely calm through the day so it can't be that.

Go to an endocrinologist, you might be diabetic. I am a medfag, your signs and symptoms are often associated with pre-diabetics or full blown diabetes.

This.

However sleep anxiety is real and it could be effecting your urination.

>can't piss properly
>always dehydrated/thirsty
nigga sorry to break it to you but you got diabetes

I would then but its strange that they didn't told me anything about it.
