Cuz i started at 30+% bf and i have never hit the 15% mark in my life, i got down to 18% bf with keto but was DYEL as all hell, so i started lifting. But fell for the powerlifting permabulk meme. Which caught up to me after my back injury from work. So i am here to laugh at people when they flat out lie about what they think they know about nutrition and exercises.

i am 20% amd litterally started lifting this week.

25% bodyfat is considered obese on men.
3-4% is essential.

You want to be able to hit the middle of that mark, somewhere between 12 and 16 percent. 20% should be the most fat you ever pack on.
